Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition and packaging

Due to the nature of jewelry, earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected.
